Before You Submit
Guidelines for Meme
1. If we recognize a meme from the old bipolar owl blog, we will go back and check the sources, to be fair.
2. Please do not submit a meme that is a rewording of an already posted a meme.
3. While we don’t have any issues with cursing, don’t go over the top with it. Also any terms that can be considered derogatory are not allowed.
4. The meme doesn’t have to be a detailed filled box, but try not to be to general.
5. Don’t be rude & have fun with it. Meme’s are meant to be a laugh.
6. Do not poke at or make fun of other mental illnesses.
7. At the end of the day, we do have the right not to publish a meme for reasons we find fit. Please do not submit your meme more than once.

Guidelines for Text/Link/video submit
We hold the right to not post text/link submits for reasons we find fit. If there is an abundance of incorrect information for example, we will not post it. If it’s a “hot topic”, that can lead to debates and finger pointing, we will not post it. If it’s in any way triggering or inappropriate, we will not post it. Also, if it’s irrelevant, we will not post it. We know this may seem like a lot of guidelines, but they are not impossible to follow, and we’ve gotten some really informative and sweet submits that followed these rules.
